Warranty: We stand behind our calls and for that they are Warrantied for LIFE under any defects or standard issues from the shop.

Shipping: All in stock orders ship within 5-7 Business Days.
All custom builds from are subject to a 4-6 week build time. Although usually completed sooner please allow this amount of time for your custom call to be built .

Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.

Returns & Retuning: For reasons of health safety we can cot accept returns on any of our calls. However if you would like your call retuned to your preference we will gladly do so at the cost of shipping.

International Shipping: Separate invoices will be sent for any additional shipping charges required for International Orders
